This doesn't belong in this thread!! I bought a toy like, a year ago, and my newly sober butt finally hooked it up. It takes feed from a vcr and burns a dvd for me. I just finished watching my sons high school baccalaureate service ("a farewell address in the form of a sermon delivered to a graduating class") I haven't seen in about 5 years, what a riot!! He plays a fab guitar and is singing worship songs, and he is going to KEEL me when I show his bride how cute he was

The Broons, lol.
Doing good today, did the dishes, watched a Tolle video, did some stretches and went for a walk...feeling pretty mellow, when petty things start stressing me out I try to stop the thought before it spirals.

Too cold here to walk right now, but this anxiety and agitation is driving me nuts. I can't sit still or focus on anything for more than a few minutes. If I could relax I'd just sleep all day.
