there was some little kids there in little plastic chairs all wrapped up in warm blankets with their parents pushing them around. i told mr k i want to do THAT next time - me sitting, him pushing of course.

Well, some good has come of this awful day. I was supposed to help daughter and fiance using my van to move boxes and things, but feel so awful I don't trust myself to drive. So lent him the van and now his brother can drive his truck and fiance can use my van. So they can do twice as much, even tho I can't help them out myself.
When daughter told me she didn't expect that I felt good enough to help lift and carry and such, then she asked me if he could use the van. I could tell by the hesitation in her voice that she didn't think I'd say 'yes'. So I gave her a nice surprise by saying 'yes'! That made me feel better.

Just got some (homemade!!) chicken soup from my neighbor! So I've had something good to eat and feel a bit better, body and mind. I will get a good night's sleep and wake up feeling better.... I hope and pray.
Im not crazy and neither am I

CARRY ME
words and music—David Crosby
11/15/75
When I was a young man I found an old dream,
Was as battered and worn a one as you have ever seen.
But I made it some new wings and painted the nose,
And I wished so hard up in the air I rose, singing
Carry me, carry me
Carry me above the world
Carry me, carry me, carry me.
And I once loved a girl
she was younger than me
Her parents kept her locked up in their life
and she was crying at night,
and she was wishing she could be free.
’Course mostly I remember her laughing
Standing there watching us play.
For a while there, the music would take her away
and she’d be singing
Carry me, carry me
Carry me above the world
Carry me, carry me
Carry me above the world.
And then there was my mother…
she was lying in white sheets there/and she was waiting to die.
She said, "If you’d just reach underneath this bed
and untie these weights,
I could surely fly.
She’s still smiling but she’s tired,
she’d like to hear that last bell ring.
You know if she could she would
stand up, and she could sing, singing…
Carry me, carry me
Carry me above the world
Carry me, carry me.
