you know this chantrex is really making me nauseious reminds me of how i use to feel when i had those bad pancreatits attacks from the drinking...although with those the sick lasted all day every day...at least with this it fades in an hour as long as i eat my english muffin with MARMITE....

I'm giving my dog bodhi some marmite tonight and see if it helps with her condition.

Im here just been a really hectic night.

Not heard from Wonky but would be more that happy to go to a meeting with him! Been chatting about AA tonight with my partner.

Nands I'm looking through the houses but I love them all. I will get back to you on this when I have given it some thought!

Is everybody asleep now? I hate the time difference!! I'm doing pretty well here. Just got in from work and am thinking about going shopping for some boots. Ate a bunch more candy today. Need to stop doing that before I die of a sugar overdose. For dinner, a salad!
