LOVEMAKING TIPS FOR OLDER PERSONS
- Put bifocals on. Double check that you're with the right partner.
- Set alarm on your clock for 2 minutes... in case you doze off in the middle.
- Set the mood with lighting. Turn 'em ALL OFF !
- Make sure you put 911 on your speed dial before you begin... just in case!
- Write partner's name on your hand in case you can't remember what to scream out at the end.

I'm whining cause I'm a good girl, still sober and glad to be that way, but am tired of waking up with an upset stomach! I finally broke down and went to the store for some pepto bismol. I even cleaned out all the litter boxes and didn't feel better after... tho the cats are glad I did. If I don't feel better in an hour I'll just give up and go back to bed. The dogs are always glad to snuggle up in bed, no matter what time of day or night.
I'm just sick of feeling sick so often. I'm doing all the right things - where's my reward???
I was invited to join the Instant Gratification Society once... but didn't do it cause it would take too long to get my membership!

I'll have to get some at the store. Just took a second shot of pepto cause of feeling worse yet, and so frustrated by feeling sick I'd like to indulge in a good cry, but can't even cry.
Am going to get into a nice hot shower shortly and hope it helps. THis is disgusting - to be sober and feel hungover! No fair! Wwwaaaahhhh!!

I take mega vitamins too Least...I can tell a difference in my mood if I miss them for
a few days. Also, I have only been since (really sick) once in the last 12 months.
I don't count allergies..that's perennial.

My whine i have no heat or hot water in the house. They both busted last night. Tonight will be night 2 with no heat. 
I hope we can get them fixed tomorrow now that the holiday is over.

I should have known when we put the chairs around the table in a circle..
