Feeling less than perfect has such an impact on my mood - I finally realized what it was and when it was happening. Its a real trigger and makes me want to get high - so I dont "FEEL". But GEEZE cant it just go away ??!!

2. First.......i can totally relate to your comment above of "feeling less than perfect" & "that triggering you to want to use"
this is a big one for me too & one ive been struggling with
Im having lots & lots of using thought last 48hours & finally i cracked this morning, did every old behaviour other than use a needle with a mind altering substance in it.
this is a result of my too higher expectations of myself not being met,
not doin a mtn in 4days (only due to none being on)
not wanting to be percieved as being weak, so i havnt made calls reaching out to other members
an very much running on my own will, my sickness, my f***** up voice in my head that tells me it knows best
believe me hn...you aint alone.
