Hi K Hi Nands.

I just worked out for an hour on the Fit, and 30 minutes this morning. I'm gonna be a skinny idiot!

I totally bailed on two meetings today, cancelled therapy. I just cant talk very well yet and I dont want to talk to anyone either. Some called but went to vm. Im desperately trying to focus on getting my apt cleaned up so that it is somewhat presentable if "someone" drops by or something..........cant focus........................nope, still cant ! dammit

grhmmmmmm

Rella ! Been slacking off here haven't ya? I think they need a greeter with better internet access *cough* *cough*.

Frst... cut yourself a break. If you're not feeling well and can't talk, don't go. Get some rest if you can. As for cleaning no focus needed. Just pick up a rag and dust or do the dishes and make your bed. No big project.

Nice chart K. Sorry about the funeral. I hope your sox get clean tonight.

Awww man Ro! I didn't have time to do Wii Fit today . I did just teach though. 2 whole people (as opposed to halves ). Showed up.

My doctors office called today to change my appointment for the MRI results next week. It seems my shoulder guy has canceled on me and is sending me to the neck guy. This can't be good right? If there was nothing wrong he would've just called me and told me the results. Now I'm worried about my neck AND shoulder.

Shoulder is hurting today btw. And my tumor is acting up. I feel a little achy all over. I will NOT get what the kids all have. I cannot be sick now.

Hey guys... Question for you. Not sure how anxious I should be about this.

We went to a high tea with the students yesterday, and one of the students found a brandied cherry in her cake. That may have been the only thing with alcohol in it, but I was feeling really weird after the tea -- paranoia, maybe? Last night I had a drinking dream, which I never have, and this morning I have an awful headache.

I know that if I did eat something with booze in it there's nothing I can do about it now, but I'm not sure how freaked out I should be. It didn't even occur to me that I'd have to be careful during a tea.

Hi Anna - I've had that happen before. If you didn't know about it, and you're not sure if you had something with booze in it anyway, I wouldn't worry about it. Try not to fall into the psychological trap your mind is trying to pull you into.

Even if you did eat something that was laced, it was unintentional, and that's the bottom line for me.

Chalk it up to a learning experience; you're in a new country with some unfamiliar customs. If you're not sure, ask first.

Hugs.

Thanks, Ro. Just needed to hear that from someone else, I think. My mother would freak out if I discussed it with her.

Have a great New Year's, if I don't talk to you before then.

just try not to worry yourself about it too much, telly. i was out with my sober friend once, and we ordered beers - him a non alc and me a regular. they swapped them and he took a big gulp out of my reg. i felt terrible about it, especially since i hardly ever even drink one anyway. he was ok tho. and we demanded our money back from the restaurant, left, and never went back

accidents happen.

that's a good arguement for not drinking non alc though.....

Hey telly. I wouldn't worry about it. You didn't intentionally do anything. It is what it is, no matter what happened, you can't change it.
