LIMA, Peru -- Are hard times threatening your Christmas dinner? Well then, Peru has the answer: guinea pig.
Officials hailed the rodent as a low-cost, low-fat alternative to a traditional turkey or roast pork Christmas dinner.
Guinea pigs can feed seven or eight for about $3.20, Callao official Mario Sanguinity said. "The idea is to give the people a tasty, economical option," he said.
The presentation included a live guinea pig dressed as Santa Claus and eight of its comrades laid out fried, broiled and roasted in traditional dishes from different regions of Peru.
Callao resident Silvia Carazas said she plans to make the switch. "The animal is rich in protein and has zero cholesterol as well, very important for those of us looking to watch our weight," she said.

Blade - someone who affiliates themselves with Sheffield Utd Football Club
Owl - Someone who affiliates themselves with Sheffield Wednesday Football Club
Now in the UK the tradition is for supporters who follow one club in a city to have a natural hatred of the other one, hatred being another word for friendly banter !!!!!!!!!!!

I'm taking my medicine this morning. I actually can't focus on the screen. I remember this from when I used to do them everyday. I thought I needed glasses till I stopped taking the things.
Have to stop soon tho peeps. Habit is creeping up to what it was. Not drinking tho, in fact, no cravings at all anymore in that direction.

No wonder you aren't craving if you are spannered on them all the time.
Really not craving at all, i've joined a gym though and although i'm having to take it easy as I've still got whiplash from the car crash( i found out yesterday that the scum bag who smashed into my car wasn't insured..........................)
Anyway the gym is helping I think, its meaning I get home a little later and breaking that routine seems to have helped a bit.
Plus there are loads of uber fit birds for me to gork at!!!!
