jeeez....i can't get your terms straight...so what do we say when we want to include the english, the scotish, and the welsh and all small islands as well????

I had to say something in a very awkward way a few minites ago so I wouldn't leave out fizzy.

I like discussing underwear.....RK...is it true that scots don't wear underwear under the kilt????? When I was young (akummm) i always wore dresses with no undies when i went out cause then you could squat in the woods with no problems....

Morning peeps .

Went to a power yoga class this morning, skipped the gentle I planned on sneaking into late. Needed gas, and I felt I'd be cutting it too short to get some after, then rush home to change.

It's a lovely day for services and a funeral today. Cold, gray and raining. Like Liverpool.

What espresso said also... Motrin before bed? Do you need a new mattress? That causes back pain too.

I would advise you taking up yoga of course. My back hasn't bothered me since starting (never mind about my knee and shoulder issues ).

You won't. You'll be fine. I know you won't because you are more sensible than I am and you won't be going 12 times a week!

What's with the motivation problems lately? Just do what needs to be done. Simple.

Now me? I need to do my chakra homework so I'm going to make a grilled cheese sandwich and go back on FB instead .

It WAS snowing here, now it is sleet/freezing rain....
I actually like loads of snow. I used to go skiing all the time, till I got hooked up w the X and she had a different problem all three times we went in 10 years. I used to ski that much in a week before I met her.

So, So, So LEt It Snow !!!, LEt It snow, LEt It Snow !!!

My truck is crying to be put on the road and then taken off road for some 4- wheelin' !!

Seems like I have good days and bad days on the motivation thang.....today is a lack of motivation day. I used to love getting drunk and stoned when I snowed or there was a bad storm w flooding !

I want some of Gyps' motivation !
