OK so I was just making a joke at the office about sending our customers Christmas cards like we do every year.....but business is pretty slow so I thought I'd have my daughter draw them by hand on Post-It notes......

I like it. I'd be quite amused to receive a nifty Christmas card like that.
I'm missing meditation class because Mr. GT is starting PT for his neck pain. I wonder if he'll be home in timefor me to make it to the 7:30 Hatha class at least
. I haven't had any yoga except the class with the 4th grade today. I'm just about in withdrawal here!
I'm going to change into some yog-appropriate clothes just in case he comes in and I can run out in time.
If not... you're stuck with me

I have really cut back. I only take one on Mondays since I'm teaching one. I've been skipping the Tuesday 7:30 because I've been tired after the meditation class.
Wednesday I do go to 4 classes but hey! You know it just works out that way. Thursday I try to aim for 5:30 & 7 but I've been missing one or both lately being busy with kid stuff. Saturday I take the vinyasa 3 and Sunday the power class at the gym and sometimes walk in late to the gentle at the studio.
That's not many at all.
He called... he's leaving pt now.Looks like he'll be home in time. Going to warm up the van

Astro - Being 5'3 mebby 5'4" I know there are alot worse things I could be called other than an Elf - at least they dont have aany negative connotations that go with the name.
In fact, when I was in Whales....Doing the Mumbles Mile...($10 to anyone who can guess what that is) I walked into a pub and a bunch of the old timers starting kinda singing.."There's no place like Nome, theres no place like Nome" Geeze they could have at least come up w something better than a joke that had to be explained. My GF at the time was about the same height too ! They were insinuating I was a G-nome
(Although it was kinda funny and I ended up getting at least a pint from all of them ! - student's budget afterall) Spent the rest of my night there and only got halfway down the Mile...of MUmbles.....Has its own Rowing Club - Who Knew ??!!
I asked if that was because they were a Whaling Town .....du dump duh....
Apparently they didnt think it was all that funny = But I cracked myself up !
Of course I had to push my luck and asked if the reason they didnt get it was because they were Blubber Brains ???!!!
PS Super Glue is water soluable - Use epoxy and it will NEVER come out of the little rugrat's precious widdle mouff....

Home from yoga. Can you believe the grounded teen asked to go to a pasta party for the swim team tomorrow :crazy. It never ends around here.
I have a practice teach tomorrow morning, studio then hopefully those 3 classes in a row. Prolly won't be on until evening. See ya's!
