My family didn't follow through last night with my brother, but they did arrange for him to go to twin rivers in KC after detox and are currently trying to get him drunk so they can get him to detox....

Just a quick hello to everyone.

Still feeling stressed about the car accident yesterday. Going to a meeting soon so i can whine to them. I've been playing a lot of video games today. That helps to relax me somewhat and keep my mind off things.

Well IM still clean and sober but thats more than I can say for several of our group members and intermittent group members. One of the ones I thought had gotten it (not that I have completely) is now at the local psych/detox ward w only a small list of people who can visit and DSS has entered their lives and taken the kids !
this disease is a killer in so many ways.....almost got me !

Im upgrading the memory (RAM) in my laptop so that I can go to some gaming sites. I like old style arcade games and shot em up games as I have heard them called.

It's an awful lot compared to what I've had in the last few weeks which is 0 showings! I still keep the place clean and ready to show though. Honestly I don't have much hope of it selling anytime soon. The market is bad for sellers and I'm sitting on an overpriced home in a bad area.

The good news is that we might have a counter-offer soon on the home we're trying to buy. 'Bout time. Only been two months since we made the $#@% offer.
