Quick question, I've had a low grade headache for the pat three days, I am on Day 19 so I thought physical symptoms would be gone by now, but it feels a lot like a withdrawal headache...anyone know if I could still be having a withdrawal symptom this far out?

Thanks!

I've had a couple this week, but they were pretty short lived. Maybe your addiction has a longer tap root and requires a bit more pulling to get it out of there

I had the same thing earlier in the week. I am sleeping very heavily and feel quite groggy for a few hours in the morning so I was wondering if I was having a sleep hangover.

LaFemme, I'd bring over some salt, because that's a good weed killer, but I'd just want to make a margarita instead. Oops.

Wow LaFemme - hard to believe it would hang in there that long. Of course we are all different from one another as I never really got headaches with a hangover in the first place (just the gut rot). All I can say is take some Ibuprofen and see how that works.

Good luck.

Lyddie, I'm sleeping heavy too, and same morning fog, I used to be a morning person. Right now I'm goin with the theory that my body is probably working hard to fix all the stuff I busted...

MTWildflower, LOL:-)

Cat, the funny thing is I almost never got hangovers until the very end....kinda wished I had gotten them sooner I might of quit sooner!

Day 19 finished, almost to the three week mark...amazing!

LaFemme, I've been having minor dehydration a lot and wonder if it might be a cause for your headaches.

I'm not sure why it's happening now, since I'm drinking a whole lot fewer dehydrating liquids.

Just remember: water intoxication is possible. (Gosh, we're not safe with anything, lol!)

28 days

We were given a small Trillium trailer last week and we're going camping today for the first time in it, and I'm really looking forward to it! The thought of going camping without alcohol just a month ago would have been totally nerve wracking; I would have been an anti-social, surly, quick to anger jerk.

I'm looking forward to being 'present' for 100% of the time, especially early tomorrow morning when I'll be able to hit the ground running with our 8 year old daughter instead of spending an hour or two being a lump of a dad trying to shake off a hangover.

Hee Hee Heeeeeeee
