Sounds like a nice day for a ride.

I've been climbing out of my skin a little, too. Going to hit the sidewalk for a walk.

Keep chalking up the days, Paul. Nice going.

Hugs.

No, never heard of it, what is it? We just go hit the real deal and do it live. We have even moved on to singing with a live band on occasion. Now THAT is something I NEVER thought I would do, sober or not LOL!!!!

I'm all up for something new. DH and I have talked about getting our own equipment and becoming KJ's or doing our own family show since we have now hooked his dad, my daughter and my mom. We also have very good friends who own equipment who did our wedding (yes, we had a kareoke wedding reception LOL!)

Looking forward to hearing more!

No, not yet. I haven't been able to make an atheist and agnostic meeting yet either, though. There's only one, and it's at a rather inconvenient time, but eventually I will hit it up. I do like the noon meeting I've been going to (today was my 3rd time). It's large and fairly diverse. They call on oldtimers and newcomers. They called on a lady who got out of detox this morning and she broke down crying. For me, that was the most helpful share of the meeting. I still disagree with much of the philosophy (I am so a LifeRing person), but do find it helpful being around others who share the same struggle.

My memory hasn't improved much yet. I'm still having a hard time keeping track of what I have and haven't done.

Well, I can't see your avatar yet, but I do remember it as Mr. Mathers.

Now if I could just get the damned library books back in time.

How are you, Paul? I hope you're feeling better.

Hugs.

I'm starting to feel a little bit better. The glazed look is gone from my eyes...

I got in on stand-by to see a social worker for General Assistance orientation today and have an appointment for a psych eval on Dec 4th.

Oh, good, I never cared for that glazed-eye look.

Glad you've got some appointments lined up. I wish you well with them.

So things are happening, things you've made happen. Way to go.

Check in with you soon.

Huggs.

I'm pretty sure this has to do with my medication, because I've never experienced this before, but... my brain itches and I feel like I want to scratch it with an ice pick!
