3 more days for me...since we will be in tdhe new clubhouse for awhile maybe I should bring over some furniture and settle in a bit...lol

Officially down 10 lbs now since quitting drinking ... gooo me! I basically haven't made any other dietary changes, and I haven't even been working out lately other than getting in some walking wherever I can.

I guess it really goes to show just how many empty calories I was taking in from booze. I figure a bottle of wine is about 500 calories, and considering I was drinking that (or more) pretty much every day toward the end, it's no wonder i've since been able to lose weight so effortlessly... If I wasn't drinking so much soda/tonic water to replace it, I'd probably have lost even more, lol.

Tomorrow will be 6 months. I was wondering why 2 days ago I got some congrats and now I see my post saying I had 3 days on the 8th...looks like no amount of sobriety will make me less spacey

Just got a few random texts from an ex...I was trying to decide how I wanted to respond and I realized I deserved better than him. This is a big step because I was crazy about him when we hated and he broke up with me. 6 months ago I would Have pounced on the contact but know I can see him for what he is...immature and irresponsible...and I am grateful he is no longer in my life

Onward and upwards indeed!
