Expectations
 

You know I don't know how many times I have heard it, but I really need to work on this stuff. A huge amount of what happened to me the past week was that of expectations. Not only expectations of myself but also of others. You know I just came from the noon meeting and that is what the topic was about. Isn't it just something how this works. The very thing that I needed to hear, I heard. Now I just need to practice applying it to my life today. One thing someone said that helped me is that Expectations are premeditated resentments. WOW that is the truth.
