Maybe I'm wrong...wouldn't be the first time.
I agree with Introvrtd. Meds and their side-effects were way worse than my original problem which is now solved by healthy eating, sufficient sleep, exercise, faith, mindfulness, and most of all - sobriety.

The problem with a statement like this is that proper mental health care is not available in many parts of the country. Some larger cities have a shortage of therapists and psychiatrists. If you live in a rural area, you can be totally out of luck. And then there is the matter of how good your medical insurance is.
