Moving onward and upward after the holidays
Moving onward and upward after the holidays
(Sharing the link to) PsychCentral article on … family drama. I think what's shared to be very interesting and helpful. I am grateful for opportunities I had to celebrate with loved ones over the holidays; however, I am just as grateful to move on and get back to normal, to not be ever present in the midst of what some family members stir up with all the drama:

Thank you so much, Aly. Your kindness is always much appreciated. Love to you, as well.
As far as your comment, "...who have to deal with dysfunction with their families..." So, in my situation, time spent with those folks is limited mostly to holidays and special occasions and is not an everyday ongoing thing (breathing a sigh of relief).
Anyway, perhaps "absence makes the heart grow fonder." I don't know -- that could be a bit of wishful thinking there, lol!

Moving on, crossing fingers and praying for better days ahead.
Wishing you a peaceful and happy 2020.
