Intense emotions....

Good afternoon friends. It's been a rough morning emotionally, which ended in crying episode for me. Waited until little one went to sleep. Came out of nowhere. Really just a friend to talk to.

I think this time of year is hard emotionally for lot of people, not just those of us in recovery.

i will be ok. I manage. A friend did cancel me tonight to together. It's ok. I found the trigger. And I am working through. Thanks

Its hard to type on my phone. The words keep deleting. I'm feeling super depressed but know I will see the light soon.
