BPD2: When you feel it coming on?
BPD2: When you feel it coming on?
I was officially diagnosed as being bipolar 2 almost a month ago. I am still in the early stages of dealing with this. I've had a few manic phases of various lengths. Most times I can feel them coming on, some times its out of no where.
So far, when I can feel it coming on, or I know something could be a trigger, I simply walk away from a situation until I can calm my mind and rationalize better. This has worked in most situations so far.... but I wonder if there isn't something else I should be trying?
I'm open to any thoughts of suggestions on this.
