Working midnights and medication?

Ive been taking it at this time, because, technically- this is the beginning of my "day." I start work at 10. I also do swing shifts, so I'm not always on midnights. Any advice?

My only advice is to change the time you take it if it interrupts your sleep patterns. When I started taking SSRI's I found that I couldn't sleep at night so I changed the time I took them by 12 hours which solved the issue.

Let's hope not.

In any case, what does your doctor say about your medication timing if your shift timing starts at midnight?
