Woke up in a slump of a mood and can't get out of it. Don't feel welcome anywhere and just feel invisible.

Thanks guys, my mood is still low and i am getting paranoid alot. my husband is also in a mood and i am not coping with it, i feel so selfish that i can't help him more.

Good Morning, Erratic!
Hope you are having a better day. I woke up very early to "the same old 'same old' routine. I feel like crying and don't really know why. I think it might be the very cold weather that has me trapped in the house and feeling under the weather. I am looking forward to any temperature above the freezing mark. This below zero stuff is not fun!

No problem, Erratic! I hear ya loud and clear. Some days I just want to scream to make sure I am still feeling something...I tend to just go thru the motions of everyday life. It gets depressing but, I will not drink to try and cope. I will get through this winter.

its a hard struggle to not feel and then its hard to just feel to much as well. i am the same i go through daily motions to just survive. Husband is back to work today, so i am alone with my mood which is easier to cope with and not to worry about someone else. X
