Having a horrible day.
20 days sober from alcohol. Just saw my dr. this week and this is what's going on.
3rd day without zopiclone, 2nd day on mirtazipnie and took half of a adivan. No more script for Adivan, dr. doesn't want me on it anymore, to addictive, I have 2 x1mg pills left and I'm trying not to use them unless absolutely necessary.
I'm not sure which one I might be withdrawling from or if it's the mirtazapine. This is crazy, the worst thing I could have done is googled benzo withdrawl..... Now I'm terrified to go through it. I've been on 1mg/day adivan for over 3 weeks. I'm I screwed or what... Idk. My Dr. didn't seem to concerned, then again, I didn't ask about benzo withdrawl when I saw her. Any thoughts???

Congrats on 20 days! You're still early in sobriety and there are a lot of changes that are going to happen in the early stages, often times not very pleasant, but it will get better.
Stay close to your actual doc and far away from doc google.

I went through benzo withdrawal quite a few years ago, and it's certainly necessary to feel better.
