Narcissistic Therapist…need advice!

IMHO, the biggest issue with her is not even that she is a narcissist, but from what you've said, she is extremely unprofessional, sounds like a charlatan. I can not even imagine my therapist being on phone during the session, or sharing information about other clients. A therapist is supposed to help you, not to bring additional stress into your life and **** you off.
I'd say - settle the bill issue and forget about her. Maybe, when your emotions calm down - share your opinion about her, so she won't suck money and energy out of other people who need help.
