Maybe try meditation as it can help you relax.

I have been using body scan meditation techniques for the past few weeks and I can feel improvements in my sleeping pattern

Just type "body scan" into youtube and there are some examples you can listen to.

It took me a few days to get used to it but now I have a version on my MP3 and listen to it when I go to bed and it help's me fall asleep much easier.

it would be great to know if it also works for you

I found listening to music in my
headphones relaxed me so I could fall
asleep.

Good luck
