Setting boundaries

Can someone please direct me to a link re "setting boundaries".

It's not necessarily alcohol/drug related. Mainly family relationships.

I appreciate it.

Thanks

In my opinion..which I don't know if it matters..since I'm new...but if you are an alcoholic or and addict..and you are in sober recovery...and you need help setting boundries....fear of drinking or using without boundries..than you are in the appopriate place to post...just my 2 cents

You might try the Friends and Families forum. If you are looking for how to set boundaries with an alcoholic or addict that might be a good place to start getting answers.

If you are an addict or alcoholic looking to find ways to set boundaries I would then recommend our Alcoholism forum.

I do hope you find what you are seeking. If you could elaborate more someone might be able to help you a little more.

I think there are stickies at the tops of the family and friends forums about boundaries. Also check the adult children and relatioship forums.
