I was lucky enough to watch Howie Mandel on Larry King Live last night.

He was brilliant!

He talked a lot about his struggles with OCD and ADD. He's promoting his new book "Heres the Deal, Don't Touch Me". He talked about taking medication and seeing a psychiatrist, and about how hard he works at dealing his illness. He refused to say what kind of medication he took, saying everybody is different and needs to talk their dr about what to take. He spoke about the profound effect the OCD had on his marriage and children.

I am always so happy when someone who is successful in their life, steps up and says 'It's darn hard, but I can do it, and you can too'.

That does sound good Anna! I'm pretty old school, he's always been one of my favorite comedians.

You can tell just by watching him that there's a lot of stuff going on inside his head.
