A breakthrough with my therapist
 

I saw my therapist today. He told me "I find it interesting that you think that you are under a microscope and that everyone is watching everything you do." Something about that made something click in my brain. Perhaps ppl are not watching me. After all this time is seems unlikely. Anyway, I feel really good right now. :a194:
