I don't know how it wasn't considered harmful just for inhaling smoke alone. I frequently see pot heads boasting how one can smoke pot and drive unlike an alcoholic. The pot community is also claiming it's nearly impossible to detect current levels of pot in their system and therefor can't be convicted of intoxicated driving if there is a not an accurate test. This is a dangerous mindset which helps validate intoxicated driving.

There are certainly some smokers like that but I'm not sure its not a general thing, thequest.
I certainly never thought my mates drove better stoned - sometimes it was quite scary.

I should clarify that since a field test for pot intoxication is not available like a breathalyzer for alcohol that many falsely assume they can't get an intoxicated driving charge. In some states if the driver fails the physical sobriety tests and meets other observed criteria they can be charged. But some think especially the youth without a breathalyzer or blood test they can't get a dwi.
