Fantastic FG...keep the momentum going. Form a plan and stick to it. Consider it your new normal. Theres a lot you can do to distract you from going back to the madness. Keep looking until you find what works for you.

Yeah just knackered and sore still, decided to go for a drive, then wash my car and have a bath. Dinner time at the zoo here now (4 kiddies under 10) so will be busy before I lay my weary head down tonight and start on day 9 more rested I hope

Yeah, as long as you get your head on that pillow tonight without picking up? You've done the day right.

Cravings are what I get for over-using drugs and alcohol in my past. They do get fewer and further between but the thoughts will likely always be there.

Glad you made it through this day and you were able to take your mind of things. Four kids under ten, you are a certified hero in my opinion! I have two and I am barely surviving it

All asleep now, year identical twin boys of 9, a 6 year old boy and a girl who is 4 next week! She rules the roost!’

glad I didn’t cave into temptation, historically I get to a week or so then buckle under the pressure.

You will never wake up wishing you had gotten stoned the previous day.
Well done! Keep on keeping on!

Good saying LM I like it.

I certainly know drinking or drugging today steals tomorrows happiness
