All good my side Dee, how are you? just back from a lovely family holiday in Egypt. Very relaxing and given me a chance to reflect on what I need to be sober and happy

Hi Dee thanks for asking I am still using since the relapse unfortunately. Getting stopped again just seems impossible at the minute but I gotta do it sooner rather than later.

You can do it Someday, just focus on that day 1 (which is always the hardest if you ask me) and once you get that streak going there’s no stopping you.
