6 months today
6 months today I had my last smoke and threw my stash out. First time having this amount of time after 20 years all day everyday smoking. It's been a great journey so far 
I gave up alcohol on the same day So far drinking has been the easier of the 2 to stay stopped. I still get days where I want to run/escape to weed fantasy land but they have been few. I'm very grateful for this forum and the wonderful support here and it's been a real saviour in times of fleeting thoughts to come here and see the truth about what "WILL" happen if I pick up again and to shed light on the lies of the mind that i'm different and it will be different this time etc etc nonsense. Thank you SR

Congrats on 6 months! 🎉🎊🪅 I know it’s hard enough to quit alcohol but I’ll never know how hard it is to quit smoking. I hope never to find out…Anyway I heard it’s a real bear!!
