I've done longer than this before but it's time to cut it out completely and realising it isn't helping my situation that I'm in (long story not going into right now) sorry to any friends I've let down or mods for never mentioning this sooner. I havn't drank alcohol in 8 years but I've been doing other stupid things like this that I'm ashamed of

I myself reverted to using weed for 2 years. What began with 'permission to use a little recreationally' - ended up (not least of which because I live in a legalized weed state with weed shops on every corner) being the typical addictive cycle along with all its accompanying fallout. Today, I'm grateful to be at about 63 hours without Cannabis. Now, for the past 6+ months I've been on a yo-yo of attempts to put it back down. This has been insidious and challenging, but I know it's the right thing.

And trust me, it will be for you, too!!!
