Here's how day two of no pot went- called out of work because I didn't want to face the day without the devil's lettuce. Didn't leave my bed except to take the dog for a walk because I thought some fresh air might help and to take a shower.(In which I curled up into a ball on the floor and sobbed) I've felt more depressed today than I did yesterday.

But hey! I didn't smoke. That's got to count for something.

I've posted my story before in a different thread, but I chose to quit smoking yesterday. I was a heavy user, 3-5 times a day every day. I still am missing it, but I know that I am better off without it. Moderation with this drug is key, and moderation is simply something that I can't do.

I hope you'll start feeling better soon - I was a very heavy smoker and it took me about 10 days to 2 weeks to feel ok again.

Dee74- Feels like a lifetime, just trying to take each minute at a time. I have a feeling I'll need the same recovery time as you to start feeling like a functional sober human being again.
