Hello Dee,

I signed up to this site to thank you on behalf of all the people you have helped which will hopefully help me too. I read lots of useful information throughout the weed sub-forum and the stories people shared were really relatable. This sub-forum made me realise how bad it can get and I don't want it to be as bad as others have had it (I've been smoking heavily for about 2 years but have smoked since I was a teenager).

If I can't stop myself because of this forum I will go to the counselling I was recommended by my doctor.

I have extra motivation to stop now, you helped contribute to that so thank you.
