Anyone Tried Dodow?
 

I have pretty bad insomnia. I usually can't fall asleep until 2 or so. There have been nights where sleep just didn't come at all. I've tried the following with varying success:

• Valerian root (stinks to high heaven)
• OTC sleep aids
• Lavender essential oil on my feet
• Vetiver essential oil (this does help me with my anxiety)

I just recently purchased this product off of amazon called Dodow. I was wondering if anyone else has had success using it.

I have not tried this product, lavender oil under my nose or in a diffuser is a huge help to me, or just sheer exhaustion from very full days. I wish you the best, insomnia & restless sleep is no fun at all.
