It's a benzo, and a very powerful one.

Knocks you out, but very addictive if you use it regularly. Big in Australia, I've taken it on flights back from there. I don't remember the flights.

Yes I have. I didn't find it very useful.

Have tried most things for my Insomnia including strong prescription drugs all to avail.

Melatonin works best for me - never thought I'd be saying that!
