night is when the demons come out
 

I have never really craved alcohol/drugs during the day, but everything starts at night---the witching hour. I struggle every night not to medicate (with a sleeping pill)... I wonder when I will be able to go to bed like a "normal" person again... ? Ugh! Still don't miss the alcohol though.

I can't tell you when it happened, but after a while in recovery I came to the point where falling into bed just mean rest and sleep, blessed sleep, and wow does it ever feel good.

Be patient, believe in meditation and prayer.
