Having nightmares ? Cover or remove your mirrors
Hello, I just saw something that struck a massive chord with while watching the man in the high castle and basically there was a Jewish mourning prayer scene but in it they covered the mirrors and watching it really really reminded me of how I beat my nightmares from hell...I do not say that lightly I have experienced severe sleep paralysis in the past & many other sleep disorders over the years and as crazy as this sounds it was first covering the mirrors then removing nearly all mirrors in my home except shaving & bathroom mirror that finally put an end to it
If you have mirrors in your bedroom & suffer severe nightmares & other sleep disorders then my advice is remove them and see if you notice a difference as I did
Sorry if this sounds far fetched but I have spoken to someone else about this on SR and thought I'm not the only one
Hope this helps and btw I rarely have nightmares any more
