Not sleeping enough

I quit drinking in early January as part of a New Year's resolution to lose weight. For 2 weeks I stuck to a very stringent calorie-restricted paleo-style diet. I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks. I was also sleeping really well. 6-7 hours per night.

Then I started drinking again. Several benders later I have stopped drinking - not as part of a diet, but because I realized that fat or thin, the booze was killing me. I have been sticking to the paleo diet since then, but not the calorie restrictions - and I have been sleeping poorly. 3-4 hours/night. I feel groggy.

This weekend I am going to do a lot of physical labor. Hoping that wears me out and I can sleep.
