Insomnia 7 Days In
I'm detoxing from heroine and the worst is over, i still have cold sweats and muscle aches but they're bearable. Just a bit Annoying. I'm doing this cold turkey since I was recently kicked out of my house, I've never had insomnia before. I'm so drained; mentally, emotionally and especially physically but I'm no closer to sleeping. Does anyone have any tips to help me sleep? Is this a side effect of the detoxing?
NOTE: I've been on heroine 2 years, but also used crack almost every day the last 6 months.
