aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
This is the part of sobriety that is the hardest for me. When I couldn't sleep before I would just have a drink or two and easily fall asleep. Now no alcohol and no sleep.
This had become a vicious cycle. Can't fall asleep? Have a drink. Then one became two. You get the idea.
What do I do now? I have exercised today, eaten well, limited coffee, what else can I do?
So I sit here and say aaaahhhhhhhhhhh.

I wake up early, and get exercise after work. By the time 11:30 pm rolls around, I'm usually pretty tired.
But yeah I know what you mean. Hope you get some good sleep tonight!
