I don't like the studies done on mice, but find the article very interesting nonetheless.

Very interesting article. 10 months in, I’m still finding my sleep to be less than ideal.

Ive read that sleep can be one of the very last things to improve within a two year recovery period. I may get one night in a few weeks where I’ll sleep very soundly through the night, but the rest is a routine of middle-of-the-night awkenings, and cant go back to sleep.

Sloooowly getting there for all these ‘feelings’ and insomnia, but hanging in there.

You too least. Prayers again for the pain to finally leave you.
