Don't Sleep With The Patch On
 

A week ago I went back to The Patch and quit smokin again.

I been leaving it on all night, and this week kept wakin' up at 3 in the morning and I'd be up a while before being able to get back to sleep.

You aint sposed to sleep with it on -- I took it off last night before bedtime and slept straight through last night.

I guess I should have read the instructions.

Doh.

What a concept.

I would put it on first thing in the AM after my shower and sleep with it all night.
The instructions (as I remember them) said that some people may have nightmares from sleeping with it. For me...I slept like a baby. Slept better then I had in a long time as a matter of fact.

I guess each of us are different in how it affects us.

somebody said even which brand of patch they bought made a difference in sleeping with it or not

I never had any nightmares sleeping with it
