OK! So it is now officially 5 years. I know I'm not here often but this place was my lifeline for more than a year. Thank God for AA, the support of friends and family, and my higher power for allowing me to live.

Going on 10 years now…thank God, this forum and AA. Just found out a friend that I made in early sobriety committed suicide. There but for the Grace. This is a deadly disease. Keep on Keeping On (the path to recovery). Hugs to all. We need each other.
