I have an attitude of gratitude and I try to maintain it all day every day. Life is good even when it is not all that I'd like it to be. I am clean and sober, I have a job, I have my family and I am in fairly good health. So you see I have many things to be grateful for. I am especially grateful for my friends and whow theyt impact on my lidfe and help me to determine the appropriate way to live and conduct myself.

Gratitude is a small word that is seldom understood completely but it is a cornerstone to remaining humble and free from addiction.
