Checking in to say Hi
 

I am grateful for this forum and the help it provided for me when I needed it and I wanted to say thank you. After many false starts I am 'THERE'. I have been sober for nearly 18 months and this time it's different. I feel it. I know I will not drink again. I have no desire to drink again. I feel secure in my sobriety.
All my best to those who aren't there yet. Don't stop trying to stop.

What wonderful news, Bimb. I'm so glad you have 18 months & are positive about the future.
I felt that way the last time I quit, and I haven't changed. That was 15 yrs. ago :) so it is possible to never go back to that awful place.

Its a great feeling. Just a few months ahead of you but feel the same as you do i know this time i wont be going back. Congrats again 👏.
