So good to see you Aly.

I'm grateful for a really good salad for lunch and for resident teenager being excited about finally meeting the manager at the theater where he wants a job.

Also, as always, I'm grateful for the community around me with whom I am involved.

Grateful to not be directly impacted from the storms (knock wood) - no power outages, trees down or flooding at my house. However, there is a slide at a state park just a couple miles away!

Grateful for the yummy Indian food my wife picked up while the satellite TV guys were getting us fixed up, and for the French breakfast croissant she grabbed for me to take to work.
Grateful that this week is coming to a close, it's been a busy doozy and I've come some fun coming up to look forward to.
Grateful the truck is going in for an oil change and a long due repair this morning.

Hello my friends. I failed to post last night so am today.

I'm grateful for
- a safe trip down from the mountains
-being able to bring some things down to a medical resell place for my neighbor
-lots of people in the small yarn store - I like to see these places stay in business
- the ball python not escaping but just being asleep behind her water dish - I am tasked with feeding her a dead rat

Keep looking for that gratitude.

Grateful for a quiet rainy Saturday, for a couple of hours with friends and a good nap. Grateful to clean the kitchen floor. It gets so dirty so fast. Grateful that my nephew had a fun birthday party even though I wasn't there. Grateful for my car today. Grateful to be in bed early and sober on a Saturday night.

Sigh. I've had a bit of a day. Sometimes it is tougher than others to find gratitude but here goes

I'm grateful for
- german pancake and brussel sprouts to eat
- my dad being busy and entertained when I went to visit him
- getting to take a golden retriever to visit the old people

Grateful to have a comfy bed to sleep on and snuggle Billie. So grateful for Billie's devotion to me. Very flattering that she thinks so highly of me. . I have a ceramic paperweight that says - MY GOAL IS TO BE THE KIND OF PERSON MY DOG THINKS I AM.
