Toady I am grateful for another day of sobriety. Had a craving yesterday that I managed to get over. |
I came across this prayer recently: May you be forever blessed with food, drink, and rest for your body, and laughter, hope and love for your soul. Today, I am grateful that I have food, drink (non-alcoholic), and the freedom/ability to rest -- as well as a healthy expectation of laughter, love, and hope. |

Grateful for a good day at the local food pantry. Plenty of food, volunteers, and clients. Got lots of exercise unloading food, and dealing with disposable and returnable boxes. Hopefully, I lost a few ounces. |
