Grateful for coffee.
Grateful that I finally got a great night's sleep - I feel like a new person.
Grateful that my husband and younger son are camping on this gorgeous fall day.
Grateful that I've spent some time this weekend catching up on work, and will continue to do so with Netflix in the background.
Grateful that my office is committed to telework at least until schools go back, because our teachers union and school board cannot agree either.
Grateful that I'm not on the school board, or any other board for that matter.
Grateful to be sober.

Aly - Loved the movie based on book - 'Brian's Song' too.
RZ - Grateful for your good sleep. (You too, PalmerSage).
Grateful that even though I read until 3am - I did eventually rest.
Grateful for a chilly but gorgeous fall day. Soon the trees will be bare.
Grateful for the belief that after the chaos dies down our world will be a better place.
Grateful for a kind & tolerant husband.
Grateful for you all. Your determination & strength is something to be so proud of.

Thank you, Hev. I can always count on you to know what I'm talking about! You are so well rounded! Love you, dear one! I loved Brian's Song. I watched it with my eldest nephew a few years ago. I love watching movies with that kid! So smart. I've seen it so many times, but always great!
Grateful for a relaxing day, mostly watching some good football.
Grateful to see Daisy. Hoping all is well with you and the family.
Grateful for my covid test tomorrow morning for a procedure I have to have next week. All the prep. I'll be glad when it's over. I've already had 2 or 3, I'm fine with it if they don't put the cotton too far up my nose!! That, they will hear about.
Grateful for my family here on SR, esp Morning and Nitetime gratitudes. Both have special and wonderful relationships.
Wishing you all the best.

Also, thank you, Fearless. Thinking of you. (hoping for rain one of these days! I know you know what I mean!). So glad you got a run and a ride in. I wish I had your energy. Although I used to work out a lot, esp when competing horses and I admit, I felt so much better when I was lifting weights and taking spinning classes. It's just so hard to start back at the gym or cycling, etc after I have gotten out of shape, now. The ortho doctor says that cycling is probably the best aerobic exercise if you're back hurts. So one of these days I may break down and get a new or used bike again. Weights make me stronger, which only helps, as long as I'm careful. My old boss used to pay for a personal trainer for me so I learned a lot of stuff from him, Jorge, the trainer.

Take good care!
Love and peace to you and your family, glad you talked to Dad.

Again, grateful for the Grat Pack! ♥♥♥
So glad you're staying busy, be sure to rest too. You have a lot of stress right now. I know the exercise helps with stress too. Take care, love.

Grateful to see Dev here
Aly, thank you. I think of you often too ❤️
Hev, I am holding onto that belief also 😊. I am looking forward to another roaring twenties! Without the alcohol of course. Was that during prohibition?
Grateful to have two meetings today then the rest of the week will be administrative work
Grateful for a healthy breakfast
Grateful to remember my sober prayers - serenity prayer, sick man prayer and just for today
Grateful that nothing needs to be done all at once or all by myself
Grateful for each of you

Devizes - It's great to have you join us.
Fearless - I had to google - but apparently all the 1920's were prohibition years. 1920-1933. Didn't realize it lasted so long.
Aly - Hoping the test wasn't too intrusive.
Daisy - Nippy here too - but we're warming up. Good thing I didn't put the flip flops away.
Grateful I saved my life by getting sober. I'd likely not be here if I'd continued on the way I was.
Grateful for patience, tolerance, kindness, empathy. We seem to have a little more of it these days. I hope it continues.
Grateful to be in your company - always.
