Grateful for a chilled out Sunday morning, sober and present of course.
Grateful to feel well and grateful that my family are well.
Grateful for a good nights sleep.
Grateful for fat free icelandic blueberry yoghurt, it's delicious.
Grateful I have no plans to go anywhere today.
Grateful for all the nature, trees, greenery, flowers, birds and bees that are all in my line of eyesight as I sit here posting.
Grateful for all your kind birthday wishes, thank you so very much.
Grateful that P.S can see what she needs to work on changing.

Grateful that FBL is always here.
Grateful that Rusty is a fighter, a positive attitude goes a long way towards getting better. Grateful that he is getting stronger by the day.
Grateful that Owen has joined us here, welcome, it's good to have you with us. Owen is also my live in g.son's name so that can only be a good thing.
Grateful that N.L's yesterday got better and I hope that today is a good one for her. I hope you manage to get through to NC, give her our love.
Grateful that Copperfield will now be on day 9 and that's a good place to be.
Grateful for my friend Least.
Grateful that Deserto's cousin Mary is visiting, I hope the visit goes well.
Grateful that Courage is always here and thank you for reminding me about those 'dry heaves' I almost did one then at the memory.
Grateful that Aly has made an appt with her new Ortho doc, I pray he/she can help her.
Grateful to have a friend like Mags, she's the best.
Grateful to read all your posts and grateful that we can share anything here, without fear of judgement.
Grateful for all of you. xx

Grateful that next week will cool down into the 80's. With the fire danger around here, the lower temps will help.
Grateful for Daisy's kindness and friendship and thank you. I too am grateful for Mags' friendship.
Sending good thoughts to our NC. Hoping all is well with her.
Grateful for all of you here and your posts.
Love and peace to all.

Zip - Knew you wouldn't handle this any other way.
Deserto - Cousin Mary is a wise woman.
Cour - Ironically, we saw nary a bird - just a mole & a squirrel. Lovely anyway though - we'll return when Visitor's Center is open.
Sun - I adore the beach in all seasons & all weather. Envy you.
Magsie - Had to google to find out satsuma is a type of mandarin. I love those.
Owen - Caramel latte - sounds heavenly.
Hi Midwest!
Grateful for a second TV so I can watch 'my' movies that MrH doesn't necessarily appreciate. (Today it's "The Farewell")
Grateful to allow a sad old memory to surface - give it some thought - then send it on it's way.
Grateful to realize I sometimes come across as sarcastic - need to remember not everyone has my sense of humor.
Grateful for all you lovely friends. Hope Sunday is going your way.

Grateful for Rusty’s perseverance
Grateful for Courage’s bursts of wisdom
Grateful to see newcomers, Owen and Copperfield. Did I miss anyone? I am catching up. Again.
Numblady, I’ve got to go back and read Metamorphis about the beatle. Never finished it. Hev, I’m sure Kafka is not over your head. As NL said, his writing is very relatable to today’s world
Hopefully NC is ok and NL can check in with her
Good to see you, Aly
Grateful this Monday morning is starting off calm and with no crisis as has been the case with the last couple of weeks
Grateful my Dad is moving again next weekend and his two BFF’s are helping and getting some additional help also. Grateful after talking with my Dad’s doctor, caregivers and my support group, I feel certain now that this is the best move for him, and his final place. Grateful he is now on hospice. Not grateful for what that means for life expectancy, though it’s not a surprise, but grateful for all the extra and much needed help and pain control this will get my Dad. Also, I discovered that hospice doesn’t always mean six months or less. The hospice agency will re-assess individuals every six months up to five years and I was assured my Dad is likely to continue to qualify
Grateful I have a southwest voucher
Grateful to be getting advice on mortgage refi
Grateful to see you all here. I love you all and grateful we are staying on this journey together

Mags - I can't believe we sabotaged ourselves that way - hangovers, anxiety through the roof, etc.
Fearless - I hope your dad finds the new place comforting & peaceful. Mr H's dad had hospice for 3 yrs.
Grateful for a cooler day. Hurricane coming up the coast, but hopefully weakening.
Grateful to have sent a letter to MrH's sister - the one who probably doesn't know about him due to his adoption (she was 5). Hope we hear back.
Grateful to have accidentally found this place 13 yrs. ago this month. I was searching for 'health issues of heavy drinkers' - still not willing to call myself an alcoholic. How sad it would've been to never have met you all.
