Grateful for coffee.
Grateful a big meeting was cancelled yesterday, buying me some time to figure out some complex issues.
Grateful that the fire alarm stayed quiet last night.
Grateful for the ability to telework, it's been a truly amazing benefit.
Grateful for a good conversation with a senior colleague yesterday.
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful it's less stifling today.
Grateful for my treasured sobriety.
Grateful to feel unburdened after resolving some issues.
Grateful for thrift/resale shops. I can donate my junk & someone else will give it a home and love it.

Grateful Nerf knows how to post embedded Youtube clips. Don’t know why I can’t make my brain learn how to do more on this forum. But glad there are folks who can.
Grateful to listen to the song Nerf posted. There’s a certain sorrow for me in the melody for some reason. The duhnuhnuhnuh DUN, dun, dun part. Hard to explain in words or quasi words. But bottom line glad I got to have a listen.
Grateful someone is getting rain! So dry here though there were major rains near us. Just missed my sad crispy yard.
Grateful `that after the 3 years we’ve had our little cat he still doesn’t seem to realize he is missing a leg. Still tries to scratch the side of the head with an invisible limb.
Grateful the Internet allows us to look up song lyrics whenever we feel like it.
Grateful for the time of the day when I can just lie back in the bed and post and look at the news on my ipad.

Numb - Supposedly, John wrote it while watching his little son playing with a toy truck (watching the wheels) - after he had decided to retire from the music industry & focus on caring for Sean. It was released after his murder.
I didn't realize kitty was missing a leg - how great that it hasn't slowed him down.
Grateful to have stuff to do today. I've been thinking too much lately.
Grateful to know you'll all be here each morning.
Grateful for tolerance when confronted with differing opinions - but it's a struggle.

Grateful for continued telework.
Grateful to have access to a lot of information to support my kids this school year, even if I don't feel like I'm doing a good job of using it right now!
Grateful for my kids, as they have adjusted to change really well overall.
Grateful for my sweet dogs.
Grateful to be sober, and to realize what a total mess this pandemic would become if I was still drinking.

Numblady my post left out the youtube tags and for some unknown reason it won't allow me to display them. This is what they look like, except the number one between the Y and T is not a part of it [Y1T] [/YT]
